TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HAT & HEIR

1. Seller

HAT & HEIR is legally operated by DSLexiAI, CVR (Danish business registration number) 45418677. Contact: hatandheir@gmail.com. The registered address is listed in our contact information.

2. Products

We sell clothing and accessories, mainly made to order. Product images are illustrative. Minor differences in colour, placement and appearance may occur due to screen settings and production, without limiting your statutory rights.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices for Danish consumers are shown in Danish kroner including VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping is not included in the product price and is shown separately before the order is approved.

4. Orders

You can review and correct your information at checkout before completing your purchase. We send an electronic order confirmation after you place your order. We may cancel and refund an order in the event of obvious pricing or system errors, suspected fraud, or if the item exceptionally cannot be supplied.

5. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. The total amount, including VAT and shipping, is shown before you approve payment. We never charge more than the amount you have approved.

6. Production and delivery

Production time, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking and the handling of delays are described in our shipping policy. The risk for the item only passes to the customer once it has been delivered.

7. Withdrawal, returns and defective items

The rules on the 14-day right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and the 2-year right to complain about defects are described in our return and refund policy. These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory Danish consumer law.

8. Customer information

You are responsible for ensuring that your name, email and delivery address are correct. Information is processed as described in our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

The HAT & HEIR name, logos, images, designs and other content on the webshop may not be copied or used commercially without written permission, unless permitted by law.

10. Liability

We are liable under the general rules of Danish law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at hatandheir@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve the issue. Disputes are governed by Danish law and handled by the courts or complaints bodies specified by the applicable mandatory rules for consumers.

12. Changes

The terms and conditions in force when you place your order apply to that purchase. We may change the terms for future purchases.
