SHIPPING POLICY

Production

Our embroidered products are made to order. Expected production time is normally 2–5 business days. Production may take longer during busy periods or if a variant is temporarily unavailable.

Delivery and cost

Shipping is not free. The exact shipping cost is shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. We deliver to the addresses and countries available at checkout. The expected total delivery time to Denmark is normally approximately 5–12 business days after ordering, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will normally receive an email with tracking information. In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one parcel.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Contact hatandheir@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after production or shipping has started. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

Delays and lost parcels

Carrier delays may occur. If tracking does not update, or the parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery time, contact hatandheir@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to. The risk for the item only passes to you once it has been delivered.

Damage on delivery

If the parcel or item is damaged on delivery, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
